I am an enthusiastic Personal Trainer and have been working in the industry for a year prior to making my move to Everlast. If anyone's going to bring the heat, it's me! I go by the name Sophie, but you can call me Tigger.

My fitness journey started when I was just 7 years old as I competed for Yorkshire Running titles. As my passion grew throughout childhood, I knew the path I was going to take.

I'm now on a mission to help people and provide them with the confidence and knowledge to excel in their fitness journey.
